I'm a product and design researcher with experience across payments, retail banking and credit, and most recently agentic commerce, where I led research for Visa Intelligent Commerce and Trusted Agent Protocol. I work close to product and design partners to identify the biggest risks and opportunities, and can deliver to my immediate team and to senior audiences alike. Methods run from foundational and exploratory to tactical and evaluative.

Outside work I write, record, and perform music around NYC, and play a lot of soccer.
